Incident Dispatching

Incident dispatching for EMS, Fire Departments, Search and Rescue, EMA, and more. Manual dispatching and CAD Email Dispatching. Uses Google Cloud Push Notifications to get your 911 pages. Custom notification sounds and critical alerting.


Incident Responding

Click an incident on the dispatch page to get details, location, and set your responding status. If you click the number of persons responding it will take you to the responders list with a live list of who is responding / onscene for just this incident.

Easily keep track of member and K9 certifications and expirations. Track vehicle maintenance and upcoming maintenance. Only department admins can see this.

Chat Groups

Each department can have unlimited groups and each group has its own chat group, event group and incident page group. Only members of the group can see incidents and events assigned to that group. 


Responder Editing

Change responders rank, position and groups right in the app! You can also view, edit, add and delete certifications on another page.

A responder can be  a member of an unlimited number of departments and can easily switch departments by clicking the department name at the top. No matter which department they have selected they will still recieve alerts and messages from ALL departments they are a part of. The notification will have the department name then the notification.

Each responder pays their own subscription in the app. There is no cost to the department, city or county.
